"Tener entre ojos" = To have between the eyes*

Both "Tener entre ojos" and "Tener entre ceja y ceja" mean the same: to have got it in for someone. You can't stand someone and you have him or her "entre ojos" or "entre ceja y ceja"

Me tiene entre ojos /ceja y ceja y me hace la vida imposible. (He/she has got it in for me and is making my life impossible) Siempre lo he tenido entre ojos/ ceja y ceja.
