"Ir al grano" = to go to the grain*
to get down to brass tacks, get to the point.
It usually carries a sexual connotation as "Ir al grano" means to go directly to intercourse avoiding any preliminaries, which explains the double message in the picture chosen ;)
"No te enrolles más y ve al grano"
"La charla fue breve y al grano, como debe de ser"
