"Va a arder Troya" = Troy is going to be on fire*
It basically means big trouble.
Synonym expressions are "Se va a armar la gorda" and "Se va a liar la de San Quintin"
No corras... ya te han visto. Aquí va a arder Troya...
Como no hayas hecho lo que te dijo va a arder Troya.
Yo no voy a ese sitio aunque arda Troya.
