Brilliant, wonderful, exquisite, tip top...I could go on forever...but I am positive that you got the sense of the expression. Some people only use "canela" or its diminutive "canelita" on its own.
"Ser canela fina" also carries the same
figurative meaning --> to be sheer class.
"Esto ha quedado canela (en rama)"
"Que baile Lucía, que lohace canela"
"Madre mía, ¡qué presentación! Canelita en rama"
